Everytime I drive for longer than 20 minutes, I get a bastard of a headache on the right side of my forehead. Any one suffer anything similar? I take excedrin now before driving, and that usually helps, but it is still annoying as driving is one of my favorite pastimes.
Quattro concept for your time

Do you wear sunglasses? I tend to get headaches when I don’t wear sunglasses when driving. Also try to change your driving position to something more upright to relieve stress off your shoulders, neck, and back.

Might be worth consulting a doctor. Do you wear contacts/glasses? An activity like driving with the wrong prescription could cause headaches.

Your brain parasite is objecting. It’s a terrible strain for him, helping you keep it between the lines.
More seriously, could be an eyesight thing. Do you wear glasses?

Yep, had the same problem. Then I fixed my gas tank breather hose and it was all better. I was venting leaded gas directly into the cabin - pretty smart.

Odds are your fuel tank isn’t vented that way - it would be a lot more likely to be exhaust fumes than fuel!

If you wear glasses, make sure your prescription is current and they aren’t misaligned in some way.
Also, consider wearing sunglasses during the day if you don’t. It’s amazing what a difference to eye comfort it makes.

Have you had your eyes checked? If it’s not the eyes, make sure there are no exhaust leaks or fumes.

On occasion after about 2 or more hours driving I’ll get a brutal headache, it’s either my back/neck (which have issues) or the exhaust leak.

I get brutal migraines sometimes from the way the light flashes through the trees along north-south roads. Sounds oddly specific, but in high school it was basically every drive home in the fall and it took a year for me to make the connection. We don’t have the same sort of vegetation in CO so no headaches but driving in Vermont recently I had the same experience.
