It’s been a while, Oppo!
So I got a new job at a hotel, working the overnight shift. Loving it. That said, there’s currently a car idling in our parking lot. It’s a rental Altima. Guessing they’ve never used a push button start before. Currently 1:10AM, it’s been going since I got here at 11PM. Dash display says no key, and all the doors and trunk are locked.
Guess someone’s waking up to an empty tank.

Thats no excuse. Push button start cars are even easier to turn off than key ones. Just push the button again.
...not to say that key ignition cars are hard to operate at all. How do some people get the means to buy vehicles they’re too dumb to operate? *sigh*

Well, rental. I’d wager push button is easier to leave running. With a key, the only way to lock up (on most vehicles) is to pull the key out of the ignition (especially rentals where they lock the key and FOB all together). Keyless, you leave the FOB in your pocket. They probably got out, locked up, and didn’t even realize it’s still running.
