I saw this too! On Woodward last Thursday night at Big Beaver. I was actually with my mom and started to act like a 5 year old and said she had to see it when it went by. She goes “is that from the military?!?!” Unfortunately pitch black out and no way a photo would turn out with my phone.

Side note, it did LOOK like a Michigan plate in color (and US in shape and size). With being able to have M-plates I’d not be terribly surprised, though MB would usually have NJ, California, or, now I guess, Georgia plates.

Or did you see the plates?
