What can he do as team principal to get more press, social media, and TV coverage out there for the fans who want to see Manor fighting in the points every weekend?
Will the Mercedes and Williams partnership be more than simply farming young talent a LA toro rosso?

Ask him what’s the single skill in testing that a driver has that stands out most to him and proves more important than any piece of data from sensors?
A friend of mine who works for HPD told me how Simon Pagenaud can explain, without seeing data, exactly what the engineers saw and beyond. He was the single most valuable asset of theirs because of that. But now he’s at a Chevy team.
I recently had a chance to ask the founder of Stone Brewing a question at a meet and greet. I asked him what 3 beer ingredients would he select if he was restricted to those 3 ( aside from the bare beer making ingredients, which are water, hops, yeast, and barley/malt). Apparently I was the first to ever ask him such a question. He answered coffee, chili peppers, and sage.

I have friends who worked with Simon in Indycar and they rate him very highly. Beyond what you mentioned he is a good guy.

I’ve net him a couple of times. One time he did a stint my endurance racing team ‘s Fit. He said it was the most fun he’d ever had in a racecar because it wasn’t for money and the Fit was so tossable and fun and forced him to keep momentum
