So my car needs struts.

I have a torsion beam rear suspension. With 150 lbs. of weight in the trunk, I have 8.5 inches from rear wheel hub to fender, with no weight in the trunk and the car jacked up by the torsion beam, I have 8.8 inches hub to fender. I know all 4 struts need to be replaced, but do I need to do rear springs as well? Front has something like 11 inches hub to fender, about where it should be.

Looks like it might need to be buffed out, too.

Springs control ride height and compression levels, dampers (often called shocks or sometimes struts) really just control the speed and severity of the compression and rebound.

Springs don’t normally wear out, but it can happen. The labor is usually minimal since the mechanic (or you) will be taking everything apart anyway. Might be a good opportunity to go with a sport suspension or something. If all four corners are being done, it’s probably very little extra labor.

It does 6-8, I know I need to do all four struts. The issue is the rear ride height. About 3-4 inches lower than the front, and even when unloaded (Jacked up or on the lift) it’s only about 1/2 inch difference in height. So I think I need to replace the rear springs, but the front are okay.

Sounds like it. It’s pretty unusual to have a collapsed set of springs (except for airbags, which is a whole different beast).

Yep. Here are a few photos to show you what I mean. Look at the ride height front vs back. :)

From top to bottom,

1: First got the car, 8 months ago

2:Rear wheel, about 6 months ago, right side

3:Front wheel, about 6 months ago, right side

4:Side view, 7 months ago.

It’s a bit worse than it was, I just don’t have any current photos.
