Sacre Blue!
a Citroën SM with an aborted diesel engine conversion and quite a bit of rust. Is it worth the €4500 price tag?

My French is very poor, but do I interpret this correctly as having the 2.5L NA diesel from a 30-ish year old C35 van? This engine probably had about 75 hp (and a ton of torque).

I’d make an appointment just to slap the owner in the face.
Pictured: Citroën C35.
edit: I think I get it. It received the diesel in the 1980s. That explains the vintage, but not the choice for the diesel. And why a 2.5 NA diesel instead of the 2.5 turbo diesel from the CX, if he really wanted to convert it to diesel.
Also, after switching on google translate: “Vehicle severely corroded to the bases and all of the body and therefore not restorable.”
