Don’t miss this year’s ALCS. There’s already bad blood between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Kansas City Royals, and the Jays have been playing the most entertaining baseball I have ever seen in my life over the last two months.
I’m somehow getting the feeling that the craziness of Game 5 against Texas - the 52 minute 7th inning, the Jays fans who for some reason thought they were at a Leafs game, the WTFery of Russ Martin’s throwing error, the 3 errors in a row committed by the Rangers, and the most epic bat flip ever- is merely a taste of the insanity to come.
The insanity begins Friday night at 8pm EST.
Gonna call this now: Cubs vs Blue Jays for the World Series.
Cubs lose. At home. Of course :/
P.S. Like many, I’ve always had a soft spot for the South Siders. Be a shame to deny them the dream they’ve been chasing for 107 years but it’s nothing personal.

I don’t like Bautista. So I don’t care to see Toronto win. I’m a mets fan so the Cubs are going to lose.
Little side note. Marcus Stroman actually grew up a few towns away from me and I remember him pitching against the varsity baseball team when I was playing JV. I've umpired his little brother and met his dad, good guy.

That bat flip was boss.
I’d be pissed if I were the Royals but my God did that ever say “Deal with it.”

A little late to the party here, but the Cubs are the North Siders. They play north of the Loop, while the Sox play on the South Side.
