Something about this song set against a dark cityscape buries the needle on my nostalgia meter.

Dodge’s marketing team is arguably the best in the biz. They did have that dumb Dodge Law shit with Rawlings, but aside from that they have had really killer ads.

One of the best car ads ever.

This ad is one of the reasons why a Jazz Blue Pearl Challenger Scat Pack is on my next car list. :D

You know what makes that ad so amazingly powerful? The cars are never actually directly mentioned outside of the captioning at the end.
You have the narrator saying his thing, the landscape, the music, and the cars hooning in the background. You could like sell any car with it. I swear, they put a smart, a Camry, and a Suburban on it and I would still get chills.

Agreed! Dodge Marketing basically wins all advertising.

You’re probably right, although I don’t think the Camry would sound quite as good ;)

Dodge Brothers.
Imported from Detroit.
George Washington in a Challenger.
Come out of the shadows and strike.
100 year old people.

So what you’re trying to say is; Dodge is twisting your nostalgia nipples with these cars and adverts and you’re loving it?
Thank you! *Updates resume by adding “eloquent as fuck” as a skill*

FCA is doing incredible marking right now as a company. Chrysler is still doing the whole imported from Detroit, Dodge is embracing their bad ass side, Jeep shows off their go anywhere ability (though I am sick of the renegade commercial), and Fiat ads are hilarious (just wait and see what’s coming).
This one is still my favorite.
