“It was just a tiny glitch, a miscalculation. The front transfer case was electronically controlled, and “reverse” was, reasonably, just a single digital bit away from “forward”. Unfortunately, “reverse” and “forward” weren’t linked in the code between the rear and forward cases. As a result of dropping a loaded Triple, Venti, Half Sweet, Non-Fat, Caramel Macchiato onto the controls, forward and reverse from front to rear became, well, confused. (Much like what would happen with a alcohol laden weekend night with a partner of choice.) As a result, the 3 Dog Night 5.1 stereo surround suddenly stopped playing and then everything *bent*.”
