I get it. Your car is badass. Put your catalytic converter back on. It smells like shit back here.

Someone is jealous they don’t drive a bad ass car.... Jk, I can’t stand people that modify their cars until their exhaust knocks out everyone around them.

Whats the upside to removing a catalytic converter?

I cut the muffler off my 5 series, but that’s because it sounds normal until 3500rpm so its not a nuisance

I’ve been to car shows before where the lack of cats causes enough fumes to burn your eyes.

These days almost nothing. MAYBE a few hp and subjectively better sound.

Back in the days of early pellet cats... a lot.

I;m fine with it on a car that never had cats (I owned one before), but there’s no reason for a modern car to smell like this.

Some of the worst fucking people right there. I depise it when people run their cars on the street without a CAT.

Stick to track days or GTFO.

TEEEENY bit more horsepower. But with modern cats it’s not enough to notice it on a butt-dyno.

The real travesty is the alignment of the exhaust.

I removed both cat’s on my v6 MG a couple years ago (it was a 2002 model) and I definitely felt the difference, was more pull throughout the revs

A high flow cat won’t lose you but maybe 3-5 horsepower anyway. Just put it on there, they aren’t even that expensive.

Exactly. You won’t even be able to tell the difference on your butt-dyno.
