OK, so they’ve found an alternative explanation for all the evidence?

Oh thank god, it was a Buk 9M38 and not a 9M38M1! That totally clears everything up and clears the Russian Government of shooting down a passenger jet. Well.. Let’s all just brush this under the rug and just call it a small misunderstanding....
