There are cars (poorly) parallel parked all along the street, on our side. There are oncoming cars, who have the right of way, sitting a block away waiting for a chance to go. When I stop and half-pull to the side of the road (not all the way over as if I was parking), it is to yield right of way to the oncoming traffic as the law would dictate. It is not for an entire conga line of you obtuse numbskulls to simply pass me on the wrong side and continue blocking oncoming traffic. Seriously. Get a clue.

Also booo to the parents that buy their kids Escalades and Suburbans.

I don’t really care what they drive. I met a kid who graduated last year that drove and made tacky modifications to a 2nd gen Escalade, but that thing was his baby, so I won’t judge. The yellow h2 is a little stupid, but still, I don’t care that much.

When you go to school in an urban area and there’s a girl driving a car where she can barely see over the steering wheel, it’s scary.

A lady that used to live in my neighborhood tutored students from her house. The parents of the kids that she tutored would literally park in the middle of the lane, not even making an effort to park against the curb.

Driving around school is equally aggravating for me. Sometimes it almost appears like people want to get hit. Pedestrians and other motorists just go right in front of you. I realize my Miata is fucking small but its it still a heavy metal object people. /facepalm
