And the rear of the hatch is still hideous . Note that these are promo shots.

The wagon version is not as bad. Steering feel will be similar to caffeine content in decaf, but at least it doesn't look as bad.

Judging by the amount of these I see on the road, I don't think anyone knows they exist. I know of one person who had an early Auris, because their Avensis was so reliable they wanted another Toyota.

I do see them from time to time, but 99% as a hybrid. Mostly because of very significant tax breaks for vehicles with theoretically low emissions in city traffic (which then pass you on the highway, exceeding the speed limit significantly).

Most of them are wagons here, luckily for my retinas.

It looks exactly like an Avalon wagon would look like.

I haven't seen a wagon or hybrid one ever I don't think. Unless they're so anonymous I don;t notice them..

People don't buy them? They're common enough here although the Corolla saloon is a bigger seller, almost exactly three Corollas for two Auriseseses so far this year.

I like them both, in an appliance-y way. The hatch is the one Scion is supposed to be bringing us right?

They don't even bother to offer the Corolla in the Netherlands. It was discontinued years ago. There's roughly zero demand for sedans this size here.

We love them. We get the Renault Fluence and the four door Astra as well. Most of these aren't sold in many (or any) other countries kin Western Europe.
