I held a vote on Driving.ca yesterday ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) and asked which decade had the coolest cars. The results were fairly conclusive. Do you agree?

If 50's and 60's are pretty much even that would probably mean that 1960 is the peak for coolest cars.

Here's marshal Tito's Ghia built 1960 Cadillac convertible limousine.

Muscle cars, the expensive Ferraris, I'd almost agree if it weren't for the fact that Duesenbergs were made in the '20s and '30s.

I agree with 50's and 60's being the coolest, but I have a few beefs with the runner-ups. 80's and 90's deserve more love.

I would agree that cars of the 50's and 60's are the coolest as far aesthetics are concerned. However that coolness (for me anyway) is outweighed by things like carburetors and not being nearly as fast/solid feeling as newer cars.

I'm OK with it. The '60s aren't my absolute favorite, but compared to the 5 decades that followed, it was a golden age. I still think the '30s and '40s need a bit more respect though.
