Couldn't sleep so I made steak. 10/10 would recommend.
Bit gristly but that's what I get for buying Target steaks.
Duesenberg to make it car-related. I should be posting a photodump of the rest of the San Francisco Academy of Art's Automobile Museum sometime this week, been putting it off for too long.

You couldn't sleep, so you... Made a steak.
Okay then.

Reminds me of when I was a young bachelor. Good times.

Gristly steak on a paper plate, I'm having flashbacks to oil rig steaks...

That's actually just melted butter, I let it sit for a few minutes before I cut it all up. It's clearance steak but dammit I'll cook it properly.

What's with the plastic knife and fork and is that a cardboard plate?
Oh hang on, saves on the washing up right? Genius idea.

Why not. I couldn't sleep yesterday so did pork loin steak, gammon steak, pork sausage, beef steak and crispy potatoes.

That looks like an Arm or Shoulder Steak. Cheap Steak is still Steak.
Cooked red in the middle too?
Nice!

Don't tell me. You said "I do". Shortly after you fell victim to the Kale Brigade.

Nail on the head. Not exactly the classiest tableware but it works.

Label said it was sirloin but it was priced like clearance chuck so I figured couldn't go wrong either way. And thanks! I went years with my mom cooking steak so it was crunchy so medium-rare is like this whole new world of awesomeness.

Also couldn't sleep yesterday so I did Gyoza and smoked my pipe haha.

You know the saying,
'Great minds think alike, fools seldom differ', Lol.
It doesn't have to be classy. I've been known to drink wine from a pint glass as using a small glass would just mean topping it up more often.
And my 2.5 pint (Imperial) beer glass (3.0 US pints/1.42 litres) saves time when eating a take-away. ;)

After looking up 'Gyoza' on Google and seeing your other post it take it it's like or similar to pierogi or ravioli? Looks good anyway.
I couldn't be bothered to even cook last night so got a take-away beef burger, onion rings, double chips (the U.S. fries kind) and three bottles of Peroni. £20 (USD$30), slightly expensive but ruddy good.
