My dorm gave me 5k to buy a brand new racing kart. The problem is, I don't know what is best. It has to run a KT100 engine and it will have a cage. Go through this site and tell me what one I want. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I need your help! A new KT100 is $750 so factor that in. Also, everything is tax free.

"Ok guys...now, before anyone get's mad, hear me out. I know this appears to not be a go kart at all, but that's because you aren't looking at it the right way! It handles well like a go kart. It has limited seating and interior space like a go kart. It was built for the track like a go kart. It's just a go kart that's slightly bigger and LT1 powered is all! With the differnce being that the title is in my name and I'm not letting any of your drive it. But you can look at it! That's almost as good, right?

Ok, the torches and pitchforks? Not cool. Not cool at all. You guys need some anger management classes."

1.) Consult anyone in the dorm who's a mechanical engineer for what design is the best compromise between rigidity, safety, and lightness. Then figure out what metals to use.

2.) Buy said metals and fabricate your own chassis using money to rent welding equipment, also learn how to weld.

3.) Buy suspension or design your own.

4.) Buy rest of the kart parts.

5.) ...

6.) MARTINI LIVERY

7.) Win at everything.

Hey Bandit!

Long time no talk.

Check this website out;

I'm a member on there. It's basically the Oppo of the go kart world (cool, friendly, forum). There's some people on there with some serious knowledge. Maybe join if you have more problems with the kart?
