Realize you're not old until you're at least 50

lube and rust prevention.
Really not much too it. Be sure you get your annual physical and some exercise. Most importantly, get out and enjoy life. See the world.

As someone who lives a pretty decent life, and is about ten months older than you:
It just goes downhill from here. Aging is the worst.

Fuck off. I'm 60 and still rock out. It's all in your head. My advice: Never turn down any Poon.

As someone who just turned 40 last month, don't worry about it. Other than trying to eat mostly right, stay in some sort of shape, yadda yadda.
You're only as old as you feel, or rather as you want to feel.

It's a great way to exercise damn near every muscle in your body. Or you could dance I suppose... but that doesn't sound as fun.

I am also 33, and the last few months I've been finding white hairs in my beard trimmings. Strangely, I find this more amusing than anything.

Ive had white hair on my head since I was 17. I'm almost 25 now.
And I mean a bunch of hair in the front.
Just have fun with it :)

I'm totally OK with it. My mom once told me I've been 40 since I was 12, so I guess I'm just starting to look the age I've always felt.
I teach middle school, and I have an 8th grade students with quite a bit of grey hair already.

When she told me that? No, not really. In context it was pretty funny, and also totally accurate.
I had just gotten my first teaching job, and I wasn't making much, so I went out and bought a 1-1/2 year old '04 GTO. Because the first thing you should do when you get an income, is spend 25% of your take home pay, on a fast car ... right? I brought it home to show it off to the family, and Mom grinned and said, "Well, it's nice to finally see you do something really stupid. You've been 40 since you were fuckin' 12 years old." It was genuine too, she was really happy for me. And she was upset a few months later, when I had to trade it in (it spent 31 days in the shop in the 3-1/2 months I owned it).
