Because it was gorgeous and I feel like it was forgotten pretty quickly.

Eh... it has potential... but looks a bit too much like a Z4 body kit. Or is that what it is?

It's the Mille Miglia concept car from 2006. It's a carbon fiber body on a Z4 basically, so you're kind of right.

Yeah it's a cool concept but it'd never be anything more. Reminds me of something I drew in HS back when I still had dreams of being a car designer.

It's pretty sophisticated the more you look at it. I like the way the shapes create interesting highlights and shadows that change depending on the lighting. It changes shape like that fabric-bodied Gina thing without actually changing shape.

looks like a twenty year old Chrysler design rendered in fabric stretched over an angular frame...not that there's anything wrong with that

Its nice, but a production version of that car wouldn't look like that. Plus, its a got a retro modern thing that may not appeal to the masses.

Every concept without any production plans behind them tends to be forgotten. Not sure if it was better than the bmw 328 hommage though...

Kinja'd!!!

Not sure either if this one is remembered well either.

Concepts that won't be produced tend to make people sad/get forgotten.

That car could eat corn through a picket fence.

Agreed. One of my favorite concepts. The 1930s were the golden age of car design in my opinion and they managed to bring it back and make it modern.
