Almost, I think the Eagle engine is the 4.2 variant. Seems like they should be swappable, though.

It's the same basic straight six used in all American Motors products from 1964 onwards. Looks a bit rough, but if it's really totally rust free, that is a decent price.

That Eagle would be worth it if they didn't Sawzall the fenders to fit those wheels and tires.
As it sits it's an $800-$1000 car.
