I tired cleaning the Taco today. I gave up. I just kinda hosed the mud off and scrubbed off the mold. The paint isn't really worth exposing.

This picture is when I bought it. I just got around to removing those stickers off the bumper completely. This is the cleanest I've had it.

I have a power washer attachment for my hose. I just dipped a washcloth in some dish soap and water, wiped it down and sprayed away with the power washer.

It would be nice to have clear coat. At the same time the paint is one less thing I need to worry about. And the truck scares my sister's friends when I pick her up from dance practice. Someday I'll own a car with paint. Right now I think it's overrated.

The Dodge has most of it in this picture. Now it has a primered fender and a hood that's almost bare. Not to mention the B pillar.

Makes sense. Why havent I seen it before? Its awesome BTW, I'm I a Mopar Guy, but I prefer ford trucks. I really dont like post 85 mopar pickups.

I had to put her in storage this summer when I bought my Saab convertible. I'm only allowed to keep two cars at the house. Property values or something. So I haven't had anything to post. I sold the convertible for the Taco. Someday I'll pull her out for an ex police hemi swap. Or put the body on an old 4x4 mopar frame. Not until I drive the 78,000 mile slant 6 to the ground though. It's lost all it's fluid in storage already so that shouldn't be a problem.

The OEM Color name is Cayman Blue Metallic, but its really Some kind of Teal. It looks different depending on the lighting

watching your truck makes me miss the house's pickup. I had my car which at the time was a seat ibiza. And there was a manual Nissan frontier that my dad bought as a second car for him, but i could use it any time. It was fun. There was once also a Wrangler which i also miss. The car i dont miss is the Ibiza.

I saw a guy driving an MGA Twin Cam today, it was a cream white color. He had the top down and his daughter in the passenger seat. I stuck my arm out the window and gave a thumbs up as I passed.

Its not the temp, It was actually quite nice out today. But its just gonna get covered in road salt again very quickly and Im gonna have to clean it more often then in the summer, so why put the extra effort in?

word, make sure you clean under your truck too, I see so many folks at the hand wash place I go just washing the top and sides, and that does very little to help get the snow garbage off to prevent rust
