I just hope Rutledge doesn't let Jeremy push him around too much. He's too much of an easy going, nice guy type and Clarkson's humor can sometimes walk a very narrow line between witty and insulting (though usually on the former and misinterpreted as the latter).

Probably not. Tanner has been competing in Euro Rally Cross for the last year so it is more likely that James just entered in a race he was in.
