Eating Cap'n Crunch is like chewing on an echidna. I love it, but it mangles the roof of my mouth. Peanut Butter Crunch is the best.

Beef Patties.
And I just had more Beef Patties.
I've been living off Jamaican Beef Patties for weeks, my mom gets them in bulk, frozen.
Beef Patties everywhere. All I see is Beef Patties! I need help!

I would be interested in a calorie count of that meal. Because there's really nothing going on there that is bad for you. Unfortunately, I can't do avocado. I'm allergic to it.

In a moment of weakness, or the munchies, I might throw down on a box of this.

I've loved them ever since they were finger food as a toddler.

Later! I've tried several flavored ones, but I still like the plain original Cheerios bestest.

original Cheerios are actually pretty healthy. Low sodium no real sugars. If I have to have a cereal and there's no oats my go to is the box of Cheerios.

Also, I like the taste of Cheerios so well that I do not add sugar.

So my wife recently got a recipe from my mom, that my dad's mom used to make (RIP Gramdma Rabbitt).
Named after her friend Mary Ford. "Mary Ford's Casserole"
Basicly a dozen eggs, pound of breakfast sausage, 1 cup rice crispy cereal, 2cans cream of mushroom soup. Then bake it into a casserole for about an hour.
I had a piece of that. Not bad. Last a few days as she feeds it to the kids as well as I get some before work.

Damn. This counts as substantial to normal people? No wonder I'm fat...
