These are still pretty well available in France and they aren't even very expensive.

Yes, I went Googling. €2,000 or so for examples that allegedly run but are otherwise money pits. €7,000 for decent ones, €15,000 for immaculate ones with all their accessories.

I would pick something between crappy and decent. But I don't have much use for an off-roader.
