I mean just imagine how many OSHA violations this is.
Makes me think my sometimes questionable ladder practices aren't so bad.

Thankfully most of my ladder work is <30 feet but the world does start to look different once you get up there. But think of all the fun things like slipping off a rung, pinching your hand in a joint but your body weight is on the joint, the ladder "shifting". Lots of fun -____-

I can't even figure out how those ladders are put together. Hell no.

That is Nope: The Ladder(s), seriously how does this seem like a good idea to anyone? I mean at some point you have to think, "wouldn't it make more sense to use some ropes and come down from the roof? I'd think it'd be cheaper than buying that many ladders anyway.

In Finland the maximum height where you can work while standing on ladders without safety equipment is 3 meters. But that applies only to work and in your free time those ladders might be totally ok too.

An acquaintance of mine is a safety inspector for a construction company and he was out sick. Most of the time not too much happens, yelling at people to put their safety glasses on, minor stuff. Comes back the next there are three A frame ladders hooked together to add another few feet. Lots of chewing out that day.
