One thing that's great about the car hobby/culture is that sometimes you come across a car and it just makes you go, huh... what is that?

A Minor 1000 did that to me this week. I stumbled upon it hiding behind a pickup and had to investigate.

This 'working class' car wouldn't normally be my cup of tea but you don't see many of them around the States and it's so wonderfully British.

"it's so wonderfully British"

The lights flicker when the doors are closed and the build quality is questionable?

It's a Morris Minor. I once saw one on TV that had a 180hp Fiat engine.

The Wagons (Traveler) are what's up! The regular hardtops are good to. They have the same basic drivetrain as a Spridget, so your basic BMC "A" series engine and ribcase gearbox will fit in. Great little cars.
