This TWM Competition shift knob. I had a tall shift knob paired with a short shift kit in one of my E30's and it was probably the best feeling linkage and travel distance ever...

Kind of want to treat myself.

They made the switch in 04, so some 04's to 07. Just decided to get 4 oem ones new. Might as well do it the right way, I was getting a click from my front left CV anyways.
