this movie still makes me me cry.

Also my theory on the McLaren MP4-12c's name. The MP4 was part of the chassis name for his first championship. Then 12 was the number on that car and well "C" for CHAMPION.

It's okay. Real men do cry. I cried when I watched it, my girlfriend (with very very minimal interest in the subject) was crying at the end.

Senna totally changed how I look at documentaries, because I have never felt even remotely as connected to the subject with any other documentary I've ever seen.

I actually used a scene from Senna as a sound design presentation, because the structure of the documentary and the attention to detail is absolutely incredible. Better than I'd say most feature films for probably the past decade.

I'll probably watch it again sometime this week.

On a side note though, watching one of the QA sessions with the director, I wish they could have gotten the rights to release a totally uncut version. I'd spend a couple days watching (I think it was) 27 hours about Senna's life.

I share the same the same feelings about documentaries. They were all to bland until this one showed up. Also i would love to see the uncut version.
