I just saw an Oligarch with my very own eyes.

There he was, arm hanging out the corner of his Range Rover, motor running. Just waiting for the man double his age to finish loading his groceries.

A True American Oligarch.

He might have just been a trust fund baby. RR + Butler isn't really enough to confirm Oligarchy, as you can be very rich without having an ounce of political or private power in the US.
