The only working PC left in my entire house just died. Only my iPhone and iPad remain.
It is a Dell Studio XPS 9100 (i7 930 9gigs of ram if that has anything to do with anything) and it just blue screens after logging in. I also have a Bio paper due on Monday. This is going to be fun. Also here is an Audi Q3 I saw in Detroit.

What Windows version; what was the last thing you were doing on it before it BSOD'd and what does the BSOD say?

What operating system? If its got original dell software/operating system, there should be some Dell recovery options if you hold F8 on restart. Try last known good configuration first, if that doesnt work then you may need to try a repair or worse... if its Dell original and has this option, you can restore the computer to factory specs and erase/restore everything fresh...

Mash F8 when booting up and go into Last Known Configuration. Download and run CCleaner, clean up the registry with that.

Registry error, eh?
Have you tried booting it up on safe mode? This might help:

The point of safe mode isn't to keep running the machine in safe mode - it's to fix what's broken. By the sounds of it, something is borked with the registry. Getting it to boot in safe mode might let you fix whatever it is that is actually broken.

You might try rolling back to a previous restore point. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/…
