My sleep cycle has been screwed up for a long time, but never this bad. I slept from 9:30am to 6:30pm yesterday. My Internal Clock is in china. Luckily I am on a 2 week break from school, so I have a the time to correctly re-regulate my sleep cycle. Here's to sleeping weird, maybe this time the correction will stick. Have a Mitsuoka for your time:

I have a buddy like that. His sleep schedule gets so messed up it shifts by about 2-3 hours for every day he is off work, so even on a long weekend, by the end he will be going to bed at 10am.
