Commuting in this morning with my windows down I hear the distinct roar of pneumatic impact guns, then cheering behind the hedge I was next to, then a very load engine. I turned the corner and I see an F1 tire and some type of open wheel car and a pit crew around it with a support truck nearby. I wonder what was going on?

it was just so weird since the nearest race track is 40 miles from here.
