We had a guy come to the dealership driving a super clean FX16, that's the one with the 4AGE engine. Sadly he wasn't interested in trading it.

I found an FX16 at the U-Pull junkyard once and it had these awesome super grippy bucket seats in it, so I bought them. It was an automatic, and I noticed that it had a stick shift type brake pedal in it- just the narrow little foot pad. It was a set of manual transmission pedals with the clutch removed.

I figure he's got to live in very southern ME because that's a hell of a commute. I see it on I-95 around Burlington/Woburn during rush hour (5-6 PM) more than enough times to have made note of it.

Oh yeah, I used to know a couple of guys who did that. They worked at a truck maintenance yard in Peabody and came down every monday morning and went back north every friday night. I forgot about that. I guess if it's worth doing... that's what you do!

I have a vast collection of pics on my phone of yellow cars because when my son sees one he asks me to take a picture for him, most recently he declared this his favourite car, and when I showed him the pic on my phone he smiled and said quietly to himself "best. day. ever."
