Dear Los Angeles,
Learn how to fucking drive.
We are both on an off ramp. There are two lanes which turn right. I am in the more leftwards of the two lanes.
The light turns green. You turn right. I turn right. I turn into the leftmost lane. You also turn into the leftmost lane like a dumbass and miss my front bumper by inches. Then you have the audacity to honk at me.
Learn how to fucking turn. It's not that hard. Use logic. If there are two lanes going in the same direction, why in gods name wouldn't they go to their respective lanes?

I've seen the same shit everywhere I've been (LA, Columbus OH, NYC, Miami, KC, Houston, etc.). There are idiots like that all over the place.
