I don't even know where to begin. The Miata in the background? The seemingly scratch-built fiberglass bodies? The absence of information, yet also the apparent focus and motive to undertake wiring harness fabrication? This is incredible.
Judging by this Craigslist ad, it would appear that one Connecticut enthusiast decided at some point in the last thirty-odd years to embark on an incredible journey of kludgemanship and fabrication, creating the vehicles that appear here - a replica Porsche 917/10 and a replica Ferrari F1 racer. This amazing undertaking, while unfinished in the ad, consists of what appears to be a reverse-mounted Ford V8 (although the ad claims to include a Cadillac XLR engine and transmission) and years worth of body sculpting work in the Ferrari, and a pair (!) of Subaru B9 Tribeca engines bolted together in the Porsche.
What I find incredible about this build is the key distinction in replica circles of the (arguably mad) electrical and engineering genius required to undertake and complete so many of the installations - and the fact that these cars have come so far.
How cool would it be to see these finished? Although at that price, I imagine he'll be holding onto them for quite a bit. I'd love to film them if that ever happened.

Interesting thing about ambitious "mostly finished" projects - they're not finished. Very high chance that there exist multiple very significant flaws in the design that the builder does not know how to solve, or even does not yet know exist. In this case I wonder how much those two Tribeca engines like being bolted together, or what evil is lurking in those wiring harnesses. Might be interesting if they ran, and perhaps approach asking price finished with significant driving history, but salvage value only as-is.
