I have a soft spot for Isuzus... I hate those wheels, but love me some VehiCROSS.
I saw a lifted Isuzu Axiom the other day, on what looked to be about 32" tires. (Sorry, no SR20.) It was glorious.

It does still look shockingly modern - as long as you focus on the exterior and don't pop your head inside, that is.

The one I saw was in absolute mint condition, and even the plastic body panels (which I hate on every other car) looked good. It looked like street legal a rally raid car from the future.

That would be because they launched it almost completely unchanged from the concept.
