Well, kinda. CBS's "Person of Interest" is filming in Philadelphia and they've been using his car. I'm told it will be in Season 4, episode 7. For those familiar with the show (haven't seen it myself), this is the Sameen Shaw character (played by !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) in the driver's seat.

Certainly looks like her. Neato! Now if only my freeloading M car would get a day job...

No idea. Probably just easier. Like where do you rent a lightly modified M5? Nowhere in Philly, that's for sure =) I'll have to ask him though...now I'm curious too. He lives right in town so I figured he just saw the shoot or knew someone working on the show and offered them the car, but I don't really know.

its cheaper and easier. With the movie industry being big in NM I have seen tons of casting calls for specific cars. I am hoping one day for them looking for a SN95 Mustang LOL

It's a very cool car. He got it pretty much right when the F10 M5 came out. I drove it and I think it's too much car for me (too big, heavy etc) to own personally but it sure is a rocket. If I needed a family car I'd definitely consider one!

No kidding? You learn something every day! That'd make a heck of a road trip car for my fantasy drive up the Pacific Coast Highway. Somehow I doubt the M5 rentals come with unlimited mileage though...

This show is AWESOME

In the past seasons they had 2 major cars.

911 GT3 and a New Mclaren.

I felt like whoever picked the cars actually had some style. And they allowed you to briefly hear the engines instead of put in a fake sound of a honda.
