Like a house house? There are several for sale near me (about 30-45 minutes northeast of downtown) and I could take a look at the prices and stuff if you're interested.

Job in Kennesaw and looking for a cool pad. Work friday evening until monday morning. I like 'Craftsman style with closed knit small communities and specifically I want it near the lake, I'm a bit picky. First step, puppy. Then sports car.

Ah, alright, cool! I'm actually rarely up near the lake, so I have no idea. :P Sorry, but good luck! It's a pretty awesome area!

...and as any Jalop should say, two plus bays! The last two car garage I was in had some Yamaha executives sport bike collection, very, well, very light.

Me wanna JetSki!!! Do you think you could do some research for me? I have the outside diameters covered, I get your job. It's the inside shit I don't understand. Like banks holding ONTO properties?

I wouldn't know much about it, unfortunately. I still live with my parents and stuff. :P

I don't think you'll find any craftsman style house up near Allatoona but house prices aren't too bad, my mom just moved up to Acworth and my uncle has lived in Woodstock for 20+ years. Stuff is getting snapped up quick though

We are looking at adding onto our two car garage in Lilburn. The picture you have above is one of the big reasons. I want to build an Exocet. I want the Race chassis. I will say that your requirement for car space is not conductive to "closed knit small communities" as they tend to not like noise and crap sitting in your yard. We moved out of an HOA and bought an acre specifically so I could have room for toys and so no one could give me a hard time when the LeMons car sits out.

"Craftsman" style. Theres your first problem. Seems most of the houses here were just thrown together with no regard to craftsmanship at all (much less craftsman style). Even $600k dollar ones. Nothing like houses out west where a builder still cares about quality, and his names reputation.

The inside shit is the most interesting!

You have three types of sales for the most part:

The normal resale: the owner is just listing the house for sale.

Short sale: the home is about to go into foreclosure. This means the price will be lower than comparable listings because the bank is forcing them to sell so they can make the money on the mortgage back. These takes forever to close and get approved.

Foreclosure: The bank now owns the home because the owner failed to pay the mortgage. The price of this home will be really low because the bank doesn't care about profits anymore. They just want to make money back. Because of this. The prices are usually very firm. Closing will also take a lot of time.

Hope you were being serious and not sarcastic!!
