I'm reality you have to check the NHTSA docket to see what the specifics are. In some cases there are so many parts to change the hassle of bringing one over isn't worth the trouble.

It's not completely decided yet, but most likely we'll be there in early April/late March for 2 weeks. We're hoping to spend time all over Germany considering how long we'll be there.
