Me: I've got to look at your piece of shit car all day so it seems a fair trade for you to have to walk past my scraggy lawn. I don't have as much money as you. I can't afford as much as you can. I wish one day that my biggest problem is having to look at houses that aren't as nice as mine.

She just walked away.

Disclosure: I live in a 128 year-old house that needs some work. I bust ass on it after work but it has a long way to go. Pictured is my "eyesore" of a home.

Doesn't look bad to me. Looks good for 128 years old. id like to see wha the other houses look like to make yours an eyesore. You should be proud of any house you have, you are the one that works to pay for it and maintain it and other peoples opinions aren't going to change that.
