My !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! made me think about which company would most likely build a modern small-ish 3-door wagon in the desperate need to find the next niche? BMW of course! I helped them a bit to plant the idea:

Hell, if my old A4 was a shooting brake I'd buy it again.

Call me crazy, but I think the X1 is pretty good looking for what it is... Which is a very weird car.
