I've been trying all fucking day to upload my pictures from Cars and Coffee this morning but I get about 75% of the way through uploading them, then I get kinja'd. Doesn't matter what browser I'm in. I have about 120 pictures to upload and I want to show them to you guys somehow, so any help is appreciated!
Here's a couple teaser pictures from the show to whet your palettes.
That's all you get for now! Help me and I'll show the rest!

Authors don't have a time limit to edit their posts. Upload a few, publish, upload a few, publish, upload a few...You can even do it in draft and post the final product.
Failing that, you could use that embedded imgur carousel thingy, but I can't help you there.

Here's your problem right here. Kinja doesn't do one picture very well, 120 is just not going to happen in one post.

I've tried uploading in small parts, saving, coming back to it and all that jazz, but kinja just isn't having it today.

I've uploaded them to flicker, but I want to embed a slideshow or something here instead of having everybody follow a link. Stupid flicker doesn't allow embedding of their slideshows.

I'd say either sacrifice a goat and let its blood dry in your computer keyboard or try flickr or something, but I'm shit with that kind of thing (both things).

I heard someone mention a kinja photo limit earlier this week, so that might be what's getting you. Try uploading WAY less. Curate your best ones for here and link to the ones on Flickr. Also, to save yourself a headache of waiting for the super slow uploads, create your post as a gmail draft and then just copypasta it here. You might have some formatting issues to tweak, but it's a lot easier overall.

Sometimes the size of the image is the issue - even gmail will bitch if you try to send too many big images.

Flickr does imbed slideshows. There's two ways.
1. Go to the first picture you want (in an album works), go to share, grab the embed code for the picture. Then in the html writer mode for Kinja, paste the embed code, then switch back to regular writing mode. That should do it.
2. When in the album view where you can see all of the thumbnail pictures in said album, click the URL. Now at the very end (right side) of the URL, add /slideshow (without the underline). This should bring you to the album's slide show, where there should be a share option in the top right corner (I think, it's been a while), and from there you can get the link/embed code for the slideshow.

If you're on Chrome try switching to IE I found it better for "heavy" stuff like YT vids and pics
