Was washing the xB when I smelled a metal burning. Turns out a car on the highway across from my house was on fire. By the time I got to the fence everyone was out of the car and a safe distance away.(pics here are out of order)

Took the fire dept a good 15 minutes to put it out, including axing the windshield out so they could extinguish the dashboard.

For extra dumb, I saw two minor accidents caused by people rubbernecking the car fire.

Holy shit, you might not believe this, but this morning when I was running some errands, I saw THREE cars, totally abandoned and burned to the ground. One was in a church parking lot, one was on the side of the highway, and one was in another parking lot. They were all spread out (not even remotely close to each other) and I just consequently happened upon all three of them. I suppose cars burn every day, but seeing three in one day in one trip was pretty crazy for me.
