1.2 4 banger making an IMMENSE 86hp. I'm using the old ricer motto, better to look fast than go fast!

Better to go fast in a slow car than slow in a fast car! I'm sure it's a lot of fun.
Also, I like it in yellow. Lived in the UK until recently and every car was grey, black, or some other dull colour, so seeing something bright was always nice.

Truth! It's a lot of fun to hoon, just don't look at the speedo.
Had to go for the brightest colour available, I'm on a mission to liven up the roads

I wonder how it'd look with the part of the grille that the licence plate mounts to, colour coded.

Coloured yellow? That's an interesting idea. Most (un)limited owners paint them gloss black or, god forbid, sticker bomb them. To photoshop!

Yeah I think it would be pretty unique, I've seen loads of them gloss black but colour coded would change the whole face of the car.

I like the idea, pretty sure I haven't seen it done yet. I'll have to shop it, get an idea of how it would work.
Speaking of unique, saw a Corsa like mine sat on body colour coded Porsche twists which was... interesting

Cool, post it up on oppo when you finish it.
Not sure porsche twists would be a good match for a corsa... Not to mention I'm not a big fan of colour coding wheels unless the car is white.

Will do, probably take me a while though as I'm pretty rusty with PS.
Not my picture, but that's the car. I'm sorry, I know you should respect someone else's ride but they look terrible

I love the colour matched badge ! I have noticed a lot of northern Ireland Vauxhalls with them now. Oddly never caught on down south.

Thanks! Thought it was a nice way to cover the chrome. A lot of the white ones tend to go for it so I jumped on the bandwagon with sunny yellow

It looks lovely ! Very EDM brah! I did it with my old Opel Astra convertible, well I plastidipped it black because I couldn't fit my OPC grill.

You're too kind bruh! They look so much nicer plastidipped/painted; good call on the black. How come you couldn't fit the OPC grill?

Bruh! You will make me blush Bruh. I just find chrome badges on cars to be tacky. I took the badge of my Civic as soon as I got it and I removed all of the rear badging, apart from a red Honda badge ( because chav)
The car was in a previously unmentioned fender bender, the mounting points for the grill were gone and oddly the previous owner glued the existing grill in place. I just left it as is until I could repair the bumper.

Yeah definitely not a fan of that. As long as the owner likes it I suppose.

It's not so bad on a big American thing, but a little hatchback? Come on.
I debadged almost all of mine, left a few on to stop it looking totally bare. I love that the previous owner just went 'fuck it' and glued it in place!

My dad has always had obnoxious American cars, adorned in chrome and stinking of freedom. They suit chrome, they NEED chrome.
My first car was a 1.2 Ibiza with chrome trim. Why do I have chrome trim on a bloody spanish econobox. What is going on??
Oh that astra was the epitome of DIY repairs. They used Blutack to hold the radio in place. It was a death trap too.
I may have gone back in time to a car from 1997, but oh god I love it. I am technically the "first owner" So its trouble free.

I don't get it either! Much prefer colour coded bits, but that's just my preference.
Haha, I love it! Yo using that blutack instead of proper mounting apparatus will shave at least 3 seconds off your lap times brah.
Nothing wrong with going back in time; if I could I'd own an EG Civic SiR or something!

That whole car was a mess. I am so so glad it is gone !
The one thing about buying older is the pleasure of not having to worry anymore about any sensor or electrical issues. Theres nothing to go wrong !!
I love my Civic. It is spotless, it is so reliable and drives wonderfully. An EG SiR would be incredible !!!

Damn that's a good looking Civic - kudos! You must be proud :)
The joys of older car ownership! I'd like something from the 90's or 80's for my next car; I drove a '95 Impreza WRX STI at the Silverstone Rally School, I'd be all over something like that
