As I commented before, it would make sense if it was the mule due to the stance and being a sedan. It's perfect to hide an engine in the back seat. But I think someone wrecked a Malibu uninsured and went to shitty car mod town on it.

Given the NY plates, and the potential trickery...something tells me this might be one of Jim Glickenhaus's creations in development.
