Instead of using the money to maintain it and keep it clean and stuff... they should just give it to me... for free... so they can save some water and electricity, etc.

Sadly, it's been sold. However, there has been a car sitting there for a long time - occasionally driven but utterly impractical for Hong Kong's bumpy and hilly roads. The Jag in the front has already gone, but perhaps the one at the back would suit you better!
