I actually stopped at three different points during the quiz to do other things. It's six multiple choice questions.

Oh man. I was diagnosed as a kid. I used to take meds, but I hated them. So I stopped. Furthermore, exercise is actually a good stimulant. It helps me a lot. I just hike and lift a little.

I scored a 38. This is not news and the test only confirms what all the other tests have

Took the long version, got 22. I'm forgetful, but rarely have trouble staying focused for extended periods of time, and never feel hyperactive—indeed, it's quite the opposite. I suspect the primary drive behind that score is my habit of giving up on chores half way though to Internet for a while, which I attribute more to laziness than anything else.

I've been thinking it a lot more lately, that or it's getting worse. I'm having trouble sleeping because if my mind is wandering I just lay there and can't sleep. It's like I'm going in cycles and if I don't go to sleep when I'm on a tired cycle I'll be awake for another 4 hours.

I am like super spastic and obsess over little things. If you've ever seen me rant on here you may have noticed.

I have used melatonin it is over the counter and works really well. It feels like normal sleep.

I really don't want a sleep aid.

Yeah it's not news to me either, I have just been putting off doing anything about it since I'm not a huge fan of doctors.

I am, but it's because my brain won't shut off, I'd rather figure out why my brain won't shut down.
