Shows up early in !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! : Brian, in his first drag race, uses his nitrous too early and is in danger of losing the race. In desperation, he uses a second nitrous burst, still loses, and severely damages his engine as a result. No one in the entire series of movies ever uses nitrous twice, except for this one instance.

In Blades of Glory , the Iron Lotus is a technique developed by the coach in his "wild youth", but only one country was crazy enough to try it - North Korea. The only attempt resulted in the woman's head cut off by the man's ice skate (as impossible as this sounds). According to the coach, the only way for the technique to be performed successfully is by a pair of two men.

Best part of that movie. But that was explained in the film, the nitrous thing wasn't and they kept that gag up for 5 other films without drawing attention to it.

There's two buttons, but doesn't Brian only "hit it" once? No one on the team (Brian, Letty, Dom, etc.) use Nitrous twice in a row, is what I thought it meant.

Then again, this is not the most reliable source of info.

I ready simultaneous pressing of both buttons as a double shot, with each button being connected to one shot. Also, the tv tropes quote said no one in the entire series does, not just hero characters.

As an aside, RX7 guy is the only person who gives a rats ass about his car.
