And do you know why I claim responsibility? Because I have a black car, well, my wife does, and I just washed it...so naturally, it rains. I am not allowed to let that car ever be cleaned apparently.

I'm in California.....Southern California where we are in the middle of a three year drought......the rule is, if I wash a black car, it will rain but only for long enough to screw up my freshly washed car.

Mine is still covered with round dust spots from the last smattering of rain we got. I was hoping these thunderclouds would provide enough moisture to rinse the spots off. Sadly, the rains missed Brea completely.
