Focus ST Wagon!

This shouldn't be in the USA. No SR-20, so of course no one will believe me...

I was staring out the front window of my workplace building at the ritzy daycare place across the street, watching the high-dollar cars leaving after picking up their (probably very spoiled) kiddies...

They pull out facing our window, and then turn down the street so I can see the side, and then go around a corner so I can see the badging on the rear...

Black BMW M5...

Dark blue Porsche Panamera... Turbo...

Silver Porsche Cayenne... Turbo...

Silver Cadillac CTS-V... not wagon :(

Green Land Rover.... Sport...

Black Focus ST... WAGON!?! Had a roof rack with bikes on it.. just like this... but the colour of the one above...

I swear I wasn't seeing things. Vermont Plates. I even ran down the hallway to watch it go further down the road...

The size difference between the hatch and wagon/estate is VERY noticeable. The estate looks like a much larger car.

If I could buy one of these in the US without being staggeringly rich/knowing "someone"/importing it illegally I might have gotten it instead if the FieSTa...

I'll have to stalk the place at drop-off and pick up times and try to get a pic.

I also saw a Juke Nismo-RS the other night. It was this color and had Quebec plates.

Looks surprisingly bad-ass in person.

I see them around decently often, which I'm hoping means that they've sold well enough that, in a few years time, there'll be plenty of bargains floating around the used market.

They take a page from VAG, who are masters at blueballing their fans. A3, Sirocco, Avants, all of them have been to the US, as single manufacturer owned examples that will never, ever, ever be produced here in any number.
