Here's the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! of everybody's autocross pictures. Here's some of the stuff that showed up.
And.... that's me.
I even got my dad to show up in his daily driver SVO, which he uses as a shop truck.
It's been plasti-dipped.

DAT PLASTIDIP
Also were you entering campus via the south entrance at around 9:00 this morning? I saw a silver S2k and I thought it might have been you.

Yup, that would be me. This is the first I've driven the S2000 the campus this year, but I'm now down to one car again so I have to. I just know it's going to get door dinged here.
Also, the next one is September 28th. PCA's event open to everyone. Registration is open now.

Awesome. I'll have to see if I'm doing anything then. How many runs do they do?

Awesome. If the lawsuit tomorrow goes well I might have new wheels and tires by then :D If not, I might not be able to go. These tires are in a pretty fragile state and I need to be able to DD my car

Well Brown's tire on south Broadway sells cheap used ones. I'm buying some 85-90% tread rear tires for the Honda for like $70.

The thing is I don't want to get the same tires. I want to move up to 17 inch wheels so I have less sidewall, because 15inch wheels and the insane amount of sidewall I have gets torn up so quickly at autocross, and makes the steering twenty kinds of awful from rolling left and right over the tread.
Right now there are some 2000 Mustang GT wheels with ~60% tread tires on them that will work very VERY nicely on my car. Probably going to paint them, though. Probably gunmetal grey.

Well I'm assuming you've made sure the bold patterns are ok, so I say go for it. Bullitt wheels like on the SVO up there?

Guy I know has Mustang wheels on his 2002 Park Avenue, same bolt pattern as my Buick. The difference between a Buick and Mustang bolt pattern is, wait for it, 0.025 inches.

All sounds good so far. You do know they're 18s right? It's a taller tire than Mustang 17s, I know.
We tried wheels like that on the SVO and they rubbed when back out and turning and any time we hit a bump. We bought the 17s that are on it now and they've been great.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time finding anything decent on Craigslist, honestly. Everything is chrome donk rubbish, or too expensive (over $500 with tires)

Well try out the 18s. Just look up the tire size compared to your own. What's the worst that could happen?
